Always Praise The Lord
"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord"--Psalm 150
That's one thing that, once things start going the way I want them to, I stop doing. I think that a lot of people do this because, in my case, we feel like God will continue to bless us without us praising Him. Until things start going wrong again.
There are reasons that we go through bad periods. We should always be thanking the Lord for seeing us through them. There is always, always, ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel. God is always there with us. Jesus is always there with us. They have a reckless kind of love, meaning to me is that they give it out to us all even if we feel like we don't deserve said love.
I know that there are many times where I thought that I didn't deserve their love. But I'm still here to say otherwise. God's love endures forever. Always has and always will. Read 1 Chronicles 16:34 (but in reality, read all of chapter 16 to fully understand).
Also, from readying the "Our Daily Bread" pamphlet, this one line stands out to me. "Praise to God comes naturally when you count your blessings."
Here are some of MY blessings:

Here are some of MY blessings:
- my mother
- my sister
- my dad
- my husband
- my brothers in law
- my sisters in law
- my father in law
- my mother in law
- my nieces and nephews
- the road of wrong turns
- the jobs that I've lost
- the new jobs that I've started
I could go on and on. But those are just SOME of my blessings. Without those, I wouldn't be who I am nor would I be WHERE I am today. Be thankful for EVERYTHING that comes along your path. Praise God and Jesus for everything. Find that one morsel of goodness in all the bad and praise God for that one morsel of goodness. There's always a silver lining in the clouds.
